BLIS M18 is a widely researched probiotic that has been soon in numerous studies to improve oral and dental health.  In one study from Western University in Ontario Canada, patients were given daily oral doses of BLIS M18 in doses of 100 million CFU or 1 billion CFU.  (CFU Colony Forming Units is the unit of measurement for probiotics) One week after the end of this study, 90% of the patients had detectable levels of BLIS M18.
