If this is your first time using Captivate by NUPRO™ Pre-filled Whitening Trays,
we’ve gathered a few “tips” to help you maximize your experience:
- Use scissors to separate upper and lower trays
- Completely pull of f the lid to have full access to the trays
- The whitening gel is sticky, avoid touching it with your fingers while placing the trays in
your mouth
- Don’t brush immediately before applying trays – your teeth won’t feel so “slick;” you can
also dry your teeth before applying the trays
- Apply to the lower teeth first (applying to your upper teeth can increase the salivary flow
in your lower mouth, making it more difficult to apply)
- As you place the tray on your teeth, try inhaling – this can create a slight vacuum
- Once the trays are positioned on your teeth, gently press the trays against your teeth.
Try to keep from moving the trays after they are positioned
- If the tray is too big for your teeth (it touches your gums), you can cut it to create a better
fit for your mouth
