If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products. These terms and conditions may be changed by Just4teeth in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site. Your continued use of the Just4teeth web site following any amendments will constitute agreement to such amendments. These Terms of Service were last revised on April. 1, 2011.

Just4teeth will not be liable for any lack of availability of products you may order through the web site. For all merchandise, Just4teeth reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions. Due to the fast pace of the dentistry and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Just4teeth shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation.

You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, Just4teeth shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on a mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Just4teeth shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Rebates are provided by manufactures and we display them for information purpose only we make every effort to make sure they are valid. In all cases, rebates will be a transaction between you and the company initiating the rebate. It is up to you to claim the rebate. We do not offer refunds for rebates not received.

We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not offer price protection.

Just4teeth reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason at all.

Just4teeth will place an order "on hold" for any of the following reasons. The billing address cannot be verified The customers email address is a non-working address. If a shipping request is unlikely to be met by the shipper. Shipping to certain countries where additional credit verification may be required. If we for any reason suspect fraud.

• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and government credit cards.
• Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
• We never bill for credit card service fees.
• You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Just4teeth.com. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our security promise for more information.

• Delivery times may vary, We make an effort to processed on the same day the order was placed or within the next business day.

  Any orders placed Friday EVENING through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer comments section of the order form.

  US Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.

  Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS), however all P.O. Box orders are shipped via USPS.

  Just4teeth does not offer a UPS weekend (Saturday or Sunday) delivery service.

  All orders shipping to Military Addresses (APO & P.O. BOX), Alaska, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, N. Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Virgin Islands are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

  International delivery is approximately 2 - 4 weeks.

  Just4teeth cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.

• Please Note: Any orders returned to Just4teeth as undeliverable will incur an additional ground shipping charge to reship the order. Shipping charges are not refundable for refused shipments.

International Orders:

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from Just4teeth. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to Just4teeth. You will also be responsible for return freight charges.

OPENED Products that are returned cannot be resold and as such we can only offer a 50% credit for such returned merchandise.

Items that cannot be returned after opening are any replacement parts and consumable goods such as (e.g. brush heads and flosser heads, whitening gels, whitening trays, mouthwash etc.

Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such Just4teeth does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please make sure that you are familiar with the item you are purchasing. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Just4teeth requires that you obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from our customer service department before returning any products.

Just4teeth offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from Just4teeth, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted.

We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order. Free items must be returned, unopened, with original order if they are kept customer will be responsible for full price of free goods. Shipping charges are not refundable for refused or return to sender shipments unless authorized by Just4teeth.

Just4teeth requires that you obtain a return authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, the purchaser is required to provide the sales order number and the reasons of return. Please reference your RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or USPS.

All Orders must be cancelled out on the same day which the order was placed.

We read email from 9am to 4pm PST Monday to Friday. We respond to your email in most cases by the next business day unless it requires research. If your email requires research, it may take longer. During the holiday season, we may not be able to respond as quickly as usual.

Just4teeth is informed that nearly all tooth bleaching studies have been conducted with 10% carbamide peroxide(CP).  We recommend that you use this strength for your tooth whitening needs.  There is limited or no research with the higher strength bleaching gels.  As such, purchase and use of the higher strength gels is done so at your your own risk and Just4teeth is not liable for your results or damage from using the higher strength gels.

Individual bleaching results vary and Just4teeth cannot guarantee a particular result. It is essential that you strictly follow the directions regarding set forth by the manufacturer of the bleaching product. Not following the instructions may, among other things, damage your teeth and gums. Even if you follow the directions, in some instances, bleaching may result in blotchiness and/or a non-uniform tooth surface. Bleaching fades with time. Unexpected results may occur and may be irreversible. By buying a particular bleaching agent, you accept all the risks associated with tooth bleaching and release and hold Just4teeth harmless and it's agents, employees and principals harmless for any issues or complications arising from or connected with the bleaching.

Just4teeth is only a distributor of bleaching products to whiten teeth. Just4teeth does not manufacture said products and is unaware of the content or safety records of said products.  As such, Just4teeth cannot and does not guarantee or warranty any of the products sold and is not responsible for your results or problems from using the products.

You acknowledge and understand that Just4teeth is only a distributor of the dental related products listed on the Just4teeth web site. However, you further acknowledge and understand that neither Just4teeth nor any of its employees ever produces, manufactures, tests or samples any of these products.
