How do I return my Product?

Returns:

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from Just4teeth. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to Just4teeth. You will also be responsible for return freight charges.

OPENED Products that are returned cannot be resold and as such we can only offer a 50% credit for such returned merchandise.

Items that cannot be returned after opening are any replacement parts and consumable goods such as (e.g. brush heads and flosser heads, whitening gels, whitening trays, mouthwash etc.

Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such Just4teeth does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please make sure that you are familiar with the item you are purchasing.

Just4teeth requires that you obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from our customer service department before returning any products.

Just4teeth offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from Just4teeth, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted.

We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.

Just4teeth requires that you obtain a return authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, the purchaser is required to provide the sales order number and the reasons of return. Please reference your RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Requesting a RMA
All orders placed qualify for returns approval* (RMA) for 30 days Please note that approved returns must reach Just4teeth's warehouse within 20 days of RMA issue and must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. *This policy does not include any item that has a Special Return Policy or items that are not returnable.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please log into your account and request a RMA for the product that your ordered.  If you did not create an account please create a case requesting a RMA.  Please note all conditions must be met below for the RMA to be valid.

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you or not accepted. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufactures allow us no room to make exceptions.
Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.

Returns Must be Complete
If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you.
All returns must include the following:
  1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See RMA Conditions, below.
  4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  5. All accessories (transformers, brush heads, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
  6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  7. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.

Basic Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have. See the Manufacturer Contact List at the bottom of this page.
If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees.

RMA Conditions
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned.
RMAs are valid only within the 20 day timeline specified in the Basic Return Policy or the shorter timelines specified in the Special Return Policies above, whichever is shorter. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees.
In some cases, we will issue a “call tag” and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, we will not and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or a Mailboxes, etc. facility.

After the Return is Received at the Warehouse
Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to be shipped to our Returns Warehouse, depending on the shipper. Please also allow approximately fifteen days to process your return after it has arrived at our Returns Warehouse.
Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
