Proper Directions of Use Place a bead of TheraBrite toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush thoroughly. Be sure to brush all over - the inside of your cheeks, roof of your mouth, and back of your tongue.The longer you can brush the teeth which need the most whitening the better.
