Proper Directions of Use Regular Brushing and Rinsing: Gently scrape your tongue with the tongue scraper, reaching as far back as possible. Then put some of the toothpaste on the tongue scraper and coat your tongue as far back as possible without gagging. Brush normally for 1-2 minues, making sure to brush the roof of your mouth, and the insides of your cheeks, and your tongue. When you feel like you need to spit, do so, but do not rinse with water. When you are done brushing, rinse with the oral rinse thoroughly, for at least 60 seconds.

For Bad Breath From The Throat After rinsing with the oral rinse, slowly swallow a capful of the AktivOxigen solution and let it trickle down your throat as slowly as possible. This coats your throat, neutralizing anaerobic bacteria on the way down, which is a spot that you usually can't get to by rinsing and brushing alone. Let the solution slowly trickle down the back of your throat, the longer the better.

Maintenance Products The rest of the products in the starter kit are designed to help maintain fresh breath throughout the day when you may not be able to brush. Most people won't use all of the maintenance products below, it's just a matter of finding what works best for you.

Extinguisher Spray - Place the nozzle in your mouth and squirt 1-2 sprays in the back of your throat and tonsils

Chewing Gum - Chew as needed to help keep breath fresh.

ZOX Mints - Use a mint as needed to stimulate saliva flow and keep breath fresh

Power Drops - Place 2-3 drops in the back of your throat and tongue to instantly freshen breath.
