Proper Directions of Use
At the end of your brushing and rinsing routine: - Blow nose to clear any excess mucus - Tilt back head and squeeze 1-2 drops into each nostril - Allow the nasal sinus drops to slowly run back through your nose and sinuses - After 3-4 minutes, blow nose to remove any excess mucus
