Proper Directions of Use
Place a bead of TheraBreath PLUS toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush thoroughly. Be sure to brush all over - the inside of your cheeks, roof of your mouth, and back of your tongue. For best results, rinse with a TheraBreath oxygenating mouthwash

If you are having trouble with a metallic or sour/bitter taste, sprinkle some baking soda on the bristles of your toothbrush, then apply toothpaste and brush. The baking soda helps neutralize any excess acids in your mouth.
