Use with canker sores, gingivitis, denture irritation, orthodontic irritation, oral injuries or after dental procedures. Directions: Use up to 4 times daily, after meals, and before bedtime or as directed by a dentist or physician. Dissolve contents of one envelope in one ounce (two tablespoons) of water as hot as can be tolerated. Use immediately in as many mouthfuls required to use up all of the solution. "Swish" solution around your mouth and between teeth for at least 30 seconds per mouthful and expel. DO NOT SWALLOW. For best results, do not take food or other liquid for 20 minutes after using product. Children under 12 should be supervised in the use of this product. Consult a dentist or physician for use by children under 6 years of age.
