The Hydro Floss® oral irrigator is covered for one year under the terms of the factory warranty that guarantees the repair or replacement of the product for failures due to a manufacturers defect. If, however, during the first thirty days, after the sale, the product fails due to a manufacturer defect, the product is replaced, no questions asked. Q: Water does not seem to be coming through the tip?

• Clean irrigator with warm water and 1/4 cup vinegar
• Make sure your reservoir is pushed all the way down
• Take tip out of handle to see if water is coming out of the end of the handle. If it is not… you may have a defective pump and piston.

Q: The irrigator does not seem to be getting any power to it?

• Press reset button on outlet and make sure outlet is working properly.
• If it is… you may have a defective motor and/or switch.
