easy to apply, and are pre-filled with the same enamel-safe ingredient dentists
use. They mold securely around your teeth, allowing the fresh-tasting gel to
whiten even between and behind teeth. AquaFresh Pro-Gentle Fluoride Toothpaste
for Sensitive Teeth, formulated to help minimize sensitivity because it builds
increasing protection against sensitivity. Pro-Gentle Toothpaste: Builds increasing
protection against painful sensitivity of the teeth due to cold, heat, acids,
sweets or contact. Aids in the prevention of dental cavities. Product

Ingredients: White Trays: Glycerin, Purified
Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Carbomer, Polyvinyl
Pyrrolidone, Potassium Hydroxide, Potassium Phosphate, Flavor, Sucralose,
Citric Acid, Disodium Edetate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Pro-Gentle Toothpaste:
Active Ingredients: Potassium Nitrate (5%) (Maximum FDA Sensitivity Active
Ingredient), Sodium Fluoride (0.15% w/v Fluoride Ion). Inactive Ingredients:
D&C Red 30 Lake, FD&C Blue 1 Lake, Flavor, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica,
Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Saccharin,
Sorbitol, Titanium Dioxide, Water, Xanthan Gum. Directions: Replace
your regular toothpaste with Aquafresh Pro-Gentle Toothpaste before you
start whitening. Then, continue using Pro-Gentle Toothpaste in place
of your regular paste throughout your whitening treatment. To Whiten:
1. Carefully peel back foil and remove tray. 2. Place trays on upper,
then lower teeth. Gently press tray with fingers to spread the gel onto
and around teeth. Keep trays in your mouth for 30-45 minutes. 3. Repeat
once daily for 5 days and for best results, use for 7 days. See insert
for important information. White Trays: Store in a cool place. Pro-Gentle
Toothpaste: Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Apply at least
1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth
thoroughly for at least 1 minute, preferably after each meal or at least
twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist or physician.
Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Children Under 12
Years of Age: Consult a dentist or physician. Store below 86 degrees
F (30 degrees C). Warnings: Aquafresh White
Trays: Do not use unless you are age 12 or older; if you are allergic
to any ingredient in this product; if you have dental braces. Consult
your dentist before use if you have sensitive teeth or sore gums. Keep
out of reach of children. Pro-Gentle Toothpaste: If pain/sensitivity
still persists after 4 weeks of use, please visit your dentist. Stop
use and ask a dentist if the problem persists or worsens. Sensitive
teeth may indicate a serious problem that may need prompt care by a
dentist. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for brushing
is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control
Center right away.
