Aquafresh Ultimate White Toothpaste

Aquafresh® Ultimate White Toothpaste (6.0 oz. - tube) Whitens teeth by gently removing stains. Fights cavities with fluoride and gives your mouth an icy cool, fresh, clean sensation

Directions:

1. Carefully peel back foil and remove tray. 2. Place trays on upper, then lower teeth - Gently press tray with fingers to spread the gel onto and around teeth; Keep trays in your mouth for 30-45 minutes. 3. Repeat once daily for 5 days and for even better results, use for up to 7 days. Store in a cool place.

• 7 upper & 7 lower pre-filled whitening trays
• 1 x 3.2 oz sensitivity toothpaste to use throughout your whitening treatment to use throughout your whitening treatment. (For best results, use for up to two weeks before beginning your whitening treatment.)

Ingredients:

Sodium fluoride (0.15% w/v of fluoride ion). D&C red #30 lake, FD&C blue #1 lake, flavor, glycerin, hydrated silica, PEG-8, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium saccharin, sodium tripolyphosphate, sorbitol, titanium dioxide, water, xanthan gum

Directions:

• adults and children 2 years and older
  • apply toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush1
  • brush thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day or use as directed by a dentist or physician1
  • to minimize swallowing for children under 6, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing until good habits are established1
• children under 2 years ask a dentist or physician1

When using this product, if irritation occurs discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children under 6 years of age. If you accidentally swallow more than used for brushing, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
